Get Involved with IngenuityFest! Volunteers, Vendors, Makers needed

Take the plunge and learn about volunteering (or vending!) at IngenuityFest 2015! What are we looking for? Read on, my friend…

General Details:
Dates: October 2-4, 2015
Location: Cleveland’s Lakefront (Voinvovich Park, NorthCoast Harbor, Great Lakes Science Center, and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum)
Festival hours:
Friday, October 2: 5pm – 1am
Saturday, October 3: 12pm – 1am
Sunday, October 4: 12pm – 5pm

VOLUNTEERING:
11063623_10155843929865235_4579326458840115851_oWhat we’ll be doing – we’ll be building, constructing, painting, staging (pre-festival), running to and from venues, managing areas, greeting and soliciting donations (during the festival), as well as cleaning up – hey, somebody’s gotta do it! (post-festival).

VENDORS:
DSCF6016We still have some spots left for artisinal vendors at IngenuityFest 2015! Please check out our vendor page for more information regarding FAQs or contact Annie at annie@ingenuitycleveland.org.

Vendors are required to be at the festival until 11pm on Friday and Saturday and the entirety of Sunday (12pm-5pm). Cost to vend is $250 for a 10×10 space, with larger set-ups subject to additional fees.

MAKERS:

Make Space

Be part of our ever-popular make space! This year we’ll have 2 types of makers, Featured and Regular. Essentially the only difference between the two is that Featured makers have longer hours (identical to artisan vendor hours). Have something to showcase? Apply today!

  1. I can volunteer at the Ingenuity Fest, sounds interesting. Volunteering in the past has helped me see the world of Cleveland. My favorite volunteer job and one I do really well is VIP / Staff or presenter services, like making sure there is cold drinks and clean areas for people to chill. I like being of service to others and making sure they have a nice experience. The job I can’t do is stand in the sun for hours ( I’m almost 60).
