Ingenuity is previewing its 2012 lineup including major installations by Squonk Opera and the Nichole Canuso Dance Company along with a full lineup of interactive art, performance, talks and music.  This year’s music headliners include Dragonette, The Knocks, Helado Negro, and 1,2,3.  An extensive schedule of events and performance will be available in August.

Ingenuity will take place on September 14 – 16 at Docks 30 and 32 which sit on the lakefront north of the Clevleand Browns Stadium and the Great Lakes Science Center. Two warehouses on the site will provide over 120,000 sq/ft of indoor space with ample outdoor space directly on the lakefront looking back on stunning views of the city.  For a map, click here.

This new location is made possible through a strong partnership between the City of Cleveland, the Port Authority and IngenuityFest. This collaboration will allow the Festival audience a rare chance to enjoy the lakefront in a completely new context. With cutting-edge art installations, performances, and exhibitions populating the space, the area will be completely transformed and will offer a glimpse of the long-range lakefront development plan unveiled by the city earlier this year. Ingenuity will also be exploring collaborations with the Great Lakes Science Center, Browns Stadium, and The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.
